To enter the apartment you shall be connected to the internet.

We can follow two methods:

This is the Remote Control for the air conditioner in the living room and in the big bedroom.

The button circled in red is the on/off button.

The number circled in black indicates the desired temperature.

To raise and lower the temperature, press the “+/- button” circled in orange at the right.

By pressing the button circled in green, you can choose the power of the air flow.

To Control the air conditioner in the little bedroom.

By pressing the button circled in green, you can choose the power of the air flow.

By pressing the button circled in blue, you can choose the swing of the air.

After each use check the water tank that is

placed behind the conditioner, if missing add demineralized water.

This is the thermostat placed near the

first bedroom. The temperature circled in

black indicates the one currently inside

the house. The one circled in red

represents the temperature of the

radiators. If you want to turn on the

radiators, it’s necessary for the

temperature circled in red to be higher

than the one circled in black. To raise and

lower the temperature, you must use the

two arrows located at the bottom right.

If the Power goes out, check the Control Panel next up to the entrance door inside a little white door. All the switches on the two panel control (photo on the left) must be UP: if any are down, flip them UP N.B: If the power goes out may happen due to reaching the maximum power available of the apartment.

To turn ON the washing machine press ON/OFF

(the button circled in red).

Select the program corresponding to the desired

wash with the knob on the right.

Set the temperature for washing always from the

knob at the right.

Then press “AVVIO/Pausa” button to start the wash cycle.

Pause: if necessary, you can pause the wash cycle by pressing the ON/OFF button to add any

forgotten items. Then close the door, press the ON/OFF button again to resume the cycle.

The dishwasher is in the kitchen under

the stove and is placed under the oven.

Open the dishwasher and push the

button circled in green on right side.

Then select the program you want with

the button circled in red.

To understand which program set to

look at the icons circled in blue.

To run dishwasher simply close the door and it will automatically start.

N.B: You only need to use liquid soap!

The oven is in the kitchen under the stove.

To start the oven push the button circled in green on right side. Then select the program you want with the “F” button.

To set the temperature look at the icons circled in red.

To Control the smart TV use the button circled in red is the on/off button to

start watching the TV.

By pressing the button circled in green you can

adjust the audio of the TV.

Near the apartment you can find 2 places

very close to the apartment where you can

throw out the garbage:

The first one is located in Via Giuseppe

Verdi, in front of restaurant BONGUSTO,

approximately 5 minutes on foot. (first

Giudici, in front of the Serroni Sartoria,

approximately 2 minutes on foot (Second
